An exciting opportunity has arisen for Litigation Customer Consultants to join our vibrant call centre in our large, contemporary offices in Worthing town centre.
We are offering a starting salary from £19,200 depending on experience plus the opportunity to earn an additional 35% of salary through our bonus scheme so you could be earning upwards of £24-26k in your first year.

The role
The Litigation Customer Consultant is 100% telephone based in an exciting call centre environment. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking to our customers in different financial positions in order to help them on their journey to financial recovery.
You will work on a rotating shift pattern consisting of:-
- An early week: working between the hours of 7.45am and 3.45pm
- A late week: working between the hours of 12.15pm and 8.00pm
- One longer shift per week on a Monday, when working the early shift the hours are 7.45am to 6.15pm and the late shift the hours are 9.45am to 8.00pm.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am-1pm
We are looking for people with previous experience of working in a fast paced customer service role, excellent communication skills, motivation and drive, and a professional attitude.
