Asses, Propose and launch breakthrough brand experiences and services for The Body Shop that are embedded in our brand purpose, drive brand buzz and new customer acquisition. Constantly map and be aware of new trends within brand services/ experience and write concepts for The Body Shop that is aligned with the overall brand marketing objectives (e.g to recruit new consumers). Be customer centric - use Customer insights data to measure relevance, demand and viability of each new experience and service concept, always putting the customer at the heart. Bring these experiences and services to life by developing strategic and creative 360 campaigns, working with wider teams in both Brand and Customer functions to deliver on time. Follow consumer & market intelligence – understanding the differences between our markets on consumer behaviours, market trends and competitor framework. High fit with The Body Shop Purpose (culture, values), excellent understanding of the Purpose strategic framework and ability to translate it into project execution.
