If you would describe yourself as caring, personable, respectful and conscientious then becoming a care worker may be the job for you! We don’t mind if you don’t have any experience in the care industry, what matters to us is that whoever works for Carewatch is passionate about always delivering a great service! Plus we will pay YOU to complete our thorough 5 day induction so you will be paid to learn how to be a great care worker.

You don’t need any experience to become a care worker but in some area’s we may need you to have a full driving licence and have access to a car.

A typical day as a care worker would consist of visiting our service users in their own home and if you are visiting in the morning helping them get ready for their day, that may include a wash, getting dressed, fixing breakfast and administering their medication or if you are visiting a little later in the day cooking lunch or dinner, assisting with bathroom visits and getting ready for bed. We also work with a number of Private customers and your role my vary from time to time to include duties like shopping trips, companionship, general gardening and days out to name a few.
