The ideal Pastry Demi Chef De Partie will have:

• Experience of working as a Pastry Chef in a similar type of environment whether hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
• Rosette background would be ideal
• Happy running a section
• Looking to learn and progress in a top environment
• Live in available
