Chef de Partie 3 Rosette East Grinstead West Sussex 20K Plus Tips

This luxury country house hotel with a multi award winning restaurant is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team.

The Hotel offers a Fine dining restaurant pushing for a Michelin Star and a high end brasserie restaurant currently holding 2 rosettes.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking fresh ingredients, somebody who is keen to learn new skills and cook amazing food.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly and talented team assisting with a variety of daily tasks which will include organising a section, training Juniors and cooking through service

Applicants will need to live in the Gatwick Crawley East Grinstead or Possibly Redhill area with their own transport.
