Job Details

As the successful candidate you will be liaising with academic staff and central university departments to provide and co-ordinate an efficient administrative service for specific courses across the School. You will have responsibility for creating and maintaining the student record system, assessment procedures and assisting with projects as appropriate.

You will be joining a team providing a full range of administrative support to students and staff, and will need a good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work. Additionally, you will be experienced in servicing meetings and familiar with maintaining effective office procedures.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to take the initiative are essential for this interesting and varied role. For further details about this role, please view the attached job description.

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
