PHP Developer - Brighton, East Sussex - £30K - £40K - Immediate Start!

I am currently recruiting for one of the leading Energy companies in the UK. Based in Brighton this innovative new start up has the simple objective in an often confusing energy market to keep things simple and current wit the latest PHP software.

I am looking for a PHP developer who will be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus as the PHP developer will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Skillset:

*Great communication skills to allow free and clear understanding of issues and requirements with in-house customers
*Strong PHP with experience with a number of web CMS platforms, particularly is advantageous
*Experience in setting up and managing Linux/Unix systems
*Experience in database design and implementation
*PHP framework experience such as Laravel or Symfony
*HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery
*OOP
*MySQL
