An award winning, high volume gastro pub looking for a Strong Sous used to producing menu items in house from scratch in a very busy environment.

As an experienced Sous Chef,

• Have excellent knowledge of HACCP and be able to implement these confidently.
• People focused, with a desire to train and develop the team.
• Able to demonstrate a great understanding of menu development and dish costings, working to a required GP.
• Run the kitchen in Head Chefs absence. Confident, passionate, a great team player brimming with ideas.
• Good work/life balance
