Are you looking to change your career in the property industry? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, busy and friendly independent agency based in the heart of Brighton and Hove.

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team. Property experience isn't essential but the ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience dealing with complaints and great customer service skills.

Salary: £20k - £21k + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)

Duties will include:
* Guide tenants through the renting process
* Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents
* Keeping accurate property records
* Ensuring the organisation are compliant with legislation across the operations
* Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
* Preparing properties for tenancy change over
* Account managing and attending client meetings

The ideal candidate will have the following experience or skills
* Proven background within property
* Approachable and focused providing great customer service
* A good understanding of property legislation
* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Knowledgeable of the Brighton area
* Full UK driving licence
* Dealt with complaints
* Strong attention to detail
