You will provide a first class customer support service for bespoke business applications based on multiple platforms, so excellent problem solving and communication skills are prerequisites.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be a customer aware problem solver with a passion for IT and proven Windows systems administration skills. You will resolve, and where necessary escalate, complex technical queries, and will gradually gain experience across a variety of platforms (Windows, Linux/UNIX, IBMi, z/OS) and software applications.
