Pier Recruitment are assisting a forward thinking, growing and successful company in their search for a HR and Finance Administrator to support a multi-disciplinary team and various functions, either on a full time or part time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with experience within either Finance or HR Administration, who is looking to progress their career in a varied role. We are looking for a real 'all-rounder', someone who is happy to get involved at all levels and who wants to be able to see the effects of their work.

The company would be happy to support you in working towards professional qualifications and offer a friendly, supportive working environment. The office is based within easy walking district of public transport and offer onsite parking.


The role:

  • Providing administrative support across various teams and managers, including HR and Finance
  • Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, performance, Learning & Development and company policy
  • Supporting Finance functions such as payroll assistance, expenses and credit control
  • Collating data and producing reports
  • Minute taking
  • Various ad-hoc tasks

You will:

  • Be a strong administrator
  • Ideal have experience within Finance and/or HR although this is not a necessity
  • Be enthusiastic and looking to progress your career
  • Happy to be involved at all levels of the business and to assist with a wide range of tasks
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Enjoy liaising with a range of people and be a confident communicator, in person, on the phone and in writing
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be reliable and enthusiastic

The client are really flexible on the hours for this role. This could be a full time or part time position and could be worked within school hours.
