B2C Insurance Sales Representative
Red Flag Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful company based in Brighton who have a dedication to customer service and employee career opportunities.
As a B2C Insurance Sales Representative you will be working within an extremely dynamic and successful new team developing existing customer relationships and attracting new customers where a flair for sales and customer development are vital.
Working Days: Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm
You will be required 1 in 2 Saturdays a month (9.00am-5.00pm)
Salary: Basic starting at £19,300/annum increasing to £21,158/annum after 6 months + commission/bonus structure
To be a Successful candidate you should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Understanding of the needs of the customer
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Providing a full range of customer service including a pro-active management of customer insurance and warranty sales.
The Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service
- Set up Insurance and warranty packages
- Answering customers queries and questions
- Update customer records
- Meet daily/monthly KPI’s and Sales targets
