Hospice Outreach Vehicle & Support Worker

22.5 Hrs worked over 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

£10,968 - £11,394 pa

St Barnabas House, Worthing

St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care, day hospice and community care.

We are looking for someone that holds a minimum of C1 category licence and driving experience with a vehicle over 5 tonnes in the last 2 years.

You will also need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate confidently and sensitively with a diverse range of people, excellent organisational skills and have a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.

The role involves driving and setting up a large hospice information vehicle. You will be required to complete risk assessments for various parking locations as well as inputting data of details of visitors to the service.
