Head Chef - Up to £36k + tips - Rosette Restaurant, Brighton
Calling all culinary experts and natural born leaders. My client requires a versatile and strong Head Chef with the ambition to carry this well established and highly regarded restaurant. Your vast experience and knowledge will mean you can do the following:
* Have recent Rosette or Fine dining experience
* Ability to manage a busy service, maintaining high quality and presentation
* Work closely with the owner on dish development and menu creation
* Be creative, innovative and willing to explore new techniques
* Continually train and develop junior members of the team
* Have flare and attention to detail in food presentation
* Be highly motivated and the ability to motivate the rest of the team
* Confident communicator and able to represent the business at media events
In return, you will receive:
* Salary of up to £36,000 +tips
* Pension and holiday scheme
* Internal and external training
* 7 shifts - 2 doubles & 3 singles
