Personal Assistant

I am pleased to be recruiting a PA for my client based just outside of Brighton. They are a not-for-profit firm who focus on health and wellbeing, and this role will be supporting them for at least 2-3 months with the possibility of a permanent contract at the end of this if succesful. You will ideally have NHS and clinical governance experience.

The hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30.

Key duties:

• Supporting the team manager
• Diary management
• Minute taking
• Assisting with staff rotas, sickness / holiday and last minute shift cancellations
• Coordinating and setting up meetings
• Project support as required

This role ideally requires someone who has worked in a similar role so they can hit the ground running. This is a very busy department and the manager needs someone who can provide exceptional support. The salary will depend on experience
