Quality Improvement Support Officer - Band 6

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Quality Improvement Support Officer to provide training, coaching and facilitation of quality improvement activities across the organisation.

The post holder will be a highly visible professional supporting the development of a culture of innovation and continuous quality improvement. Acting as a quality improvement resource for both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels, this role will be pivotal to the delivery of high standards of care to our patients and developing “Our Community Way” improvement programme.

Responsible for supporting on a programme of work to build organisational Quality Improvement (QI) knowledge and skills, the post holder will oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of QI education and training. As well as supporting services with quality improvement work to improve the quality of patient care.

The post holder will possess advanced skills in quality and service improvement methodologies, project management, coaching and facilitation.
