As an IT Helpdesk Support Technician you will be the first point of contact to all clients, recording the issues they are having, diagnosing them and then trying to resolve them. If resolving them isn't possible then you will need to follow the escalation process. There is opportunity to increase your knowledge with on the job learning opportunities, due to the software being bespoke full training will be given.

You should have experience working in a customer service/call centre environment and have a background or interest in IT or an IT based qualification. Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner are an absolute must.
