We are seeking an experienced Loan Adviser to join a friendly office based in Portslade by Sea.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Salary: Between £20-22k/annum (Depending on experience)

Essential functions of the job:

• Goal-oriented sales professionally who is focused on providing the highest level of customer service to our client’s customers.

• Developing knowledge of the business loan industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines

• Strong negotiation and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Computer skills with ability to learn loan origination system and automated underwriting systems.

Education And/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred

• 3 or more years of Loan/Mortgage sales experience as a Loan Officer in a direct to consumer setting

• Proven track record of exceptional performance
