NURSING HOME MANAGER (RGN) – HOVE, EAST SUSSEX - £45,000 TO £50,000 PLUS BENEFITS
White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a regional provider of Health and Social Care services across South East England.
This provider is looking for an experienced home manager for their 75 bedded care home with nursing, who offer a wide range of elderly care expertise including for people with Parkinson's or in need of cancer or stroke care.
The post holder will oversee the running of the home ensuring its compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements whilst effectively motivating and developing the staff team.
The post holder will need to have experience of developing homes of a similar size to Good outcomes with CQC and have experience of overseeing large staff teams.
Candidates will need to have strong management skills obtained in a nursing home setting and be nurse qualified.
