Job Title: Customer Account Team Leader / Customer Management Lead/ Customer Sales Support

Salary: £27,000

Location: Hassocks – own transport essential due to location

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday

Benefits: Pension, discretionary bonus based on company performance, staff purchase scheme, 4 x death in service benefit. 20 days holiday plus BH and 1 day off for birthday.

We’re delighted to be working with a well-established local client in the wellbeing retail sector who are currently looking for a Customer Team Leader / Customer Management Lead/ Customer Sales Support. The successful candidate will be joining and leading the busy customer management team and reporting to the Head of Sales.

In this busy, multi-faceted role you will provide day-to-day supervision to the Customer Management Team and administrative support to the National Account Management and Field Sales teams. The Customer Team Leader / Customer Management Lead/ Customer Sales Support role would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage a busy workload, a genuine interest in the industry and a personable approach to building business relationships.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Day-to-day lead for Customer Management Team
* Provide administrative support to the Account Management and Field Sales team, covering all national accounts
* Sales order processing for all UK accounts (to include web fulfilment orders)
* Further develop relationships and improve communication with existing customers
* Handle client issues, to include sales enquiries and complaints.
* Liaise with logistics partner/warehouse to follow up deliveries and queries
* Co-ordinate with other departments where needed such as accounts, design, supply chain etc. for relevant information
* Maintain and update customer databases
* Responsible for ensuring system pricing is up to date
* Gather and generate data reports from inhouse systems

Requirements:

* The role will require an individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a confident and personable approach to building relationships and effectively managing a busy workload
* Motivated, proactive and passionate approach to work and problem solving, and ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident phone manner
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
* Microsoft Excel skills would be desirable
