We have a fantastic role for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to work in a busy but friendly business in the Lancing area.

The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the customer service team's day to day workload, performance management and development to ensure advisors are offering the highest level of service standards, procedural efficiency, customer satisfaction. There will also be a focus on team development and wellbeing; ensuring that all team members have the skills and tools to meet our requirements.

You will need to be an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, with a strong background in customer service as well as the leadership of people within a similar environment. The right candidate needs to be resilient, adaptable to change with high attention to detail, flexible and able to motivate and lead a large team.

This is a permanent role offering up to £30k dependent on experience and qualifications. Hours of work are between 8.30am and 6.30pm on a rota basis, Monday to Friday.
