Salary: £50k + £70k OTE
Hours: 9am-17.00pm Mon-Fri

I have great pleasure in supporting our highly reputable client in the recruitment of a Senior Financial Planning Manager to join their busy and successful office based in Worthing.

The role will involve providing high quality financial planning and investment management services to individuals and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients and understanding their needs
* Liaising with the paraplanners and presenting the finding and recommendations to the client
* Contacting clients and arranging meetings
* Analysing information and preparing plans for clients
* Completing risk analyses
* Ensuring all compliance paperwork
* Preparing and maintain client files
* Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services
* Coaching team members
* Assisting in providing technical support

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

* Level 4 Diploma qualified
* Proven background in advising on financial planning and investment products
* Though understanding of all compliance regulations
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and works well under pressure
* Great decision-making skills
* Excellent attention to detail
