Job Description

The Marcoms/Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote The Straumann Group Companies within the UK’s Social & Digital environment, promoting the full and diverse product portfolio in an engaging and proactive style and manner, enhancing brand awareness in the digital landscape. The Marcoms/Digital Marketing Manager will play a highly proactive role within the Marketing & Sales functions of the business.

As the Marcoms/Digital Marketing Manager you will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating new digital technologies as well as Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, display and search advertising.

  • Development and execution of all online digital and social marketing activity and communication related to and in line with related marketing campaigns and product information.

  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Education Manager and Events Management  to assist in the development of key campaigns associated with key strategic product launches, courses and events across the UK developing awareness of these

  • Assimilating market research and customer information and liaising with HQ marketing teams

  • Developing social listening campaigns allowing for Straumann UK to gain greater insight into competitor activities.

  • Customer feedback campaigns and market engagement with customers, allowing for Straumann UK to gain a pulse check of customer sentiment across social and digital landscapes.

Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role

  • Relevant experience including CMS, SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media and analytics

  • Strong working knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice

  • Relevant professional qualification

  • Strategic thinker able to defeine and develop high level social and digital marketing campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Advanced numerical and analytical skills – evidence of ‘closing the loop‘ and measuring success of business initiatives and project management

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to assimilate complex market data with qualitative inputs to arrive at fact-based, informed decisions

  • Ability to network and form strong business relationships with influential key opinion leaders

Desirable:

  • Experience of working effectively with external agencies

  • Experience of developing and implementing market expansion initiatives
