Our client based within Guildford requires a full time Legal Secretary to work for the Partner and Head of Department in Dispute Resolution.
The role will involve a high level of administrative skills, a "can do" attitude and enthusiasm in being a team player to help support all aspects of the department.
The successful candidate will need previous legal secretarial experience however a background within litigation would be beneficial, fast accurate audio typing, excellent administration skills and be extremely organised in able to prioritise a demanding workload.
Strong communication skills are essential within this role and applicants must be IT literate and confidently able to use Word, Excel and Outlook with exceptional attention to detail.
