Job Title: Customer Relations Executive
Job Type: Maternity Cover, 6-9 months (potentially Jan 2019 start date)
Location: Redhill - Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits
Search Consultancy is working on behalf of a well established insurance company based in Redhill, who have been providing Insurance for customers for over 30 years.
They are looking for an individual to join the team on the basis of a 6-9 months Maternity Cover contract, starting as of January 2019.
The successful candidate will be required to be very customer focused, believe in giving excellent service at all times, and is skilled in solving problems over the phone and in writing communication forms.
Primarily you will be required to maintain your own workload, but also delegate and manage a small team in efficiently achieving deadlines in a timely manner.
- 22 Days annual leave, pro rata.

Skills and experience required:
- Experience and comfortable in working with Lloyd's Syndicate and FOS.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team Player.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experienced within Customer Relations or Complaints environment is essential.
- Customer service experience is also preferable.
- Experience within Insurance, regulations, Lloyd's syndicate and FOS requirements are crucial.
This role offers working hours of 37.5 hours per week, between 8.00am - 5.30pm.
