PURCHASES LEDGER CLERK

Part-time position– 24 hours per week. Based in Brighton BN2

Salary £10-11 ph

Working in a small team your duties will include:

  • Input of supplier invoices 
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Filing of paid invoices
  • Create monthly Aged Creditors Report 
  • Preparing month end remittances for payment
  • Input of credit card invoices and reconciling to statements
  • CIS returns online for subcontractors
  • Administration for subcontractor payments.

For this position you need a sound knowledge of creditors. Sage experience essential; knowledge of HMRC CIS return and Excel an advantage.Be organised; computer literate, accurate, have a flexible approach to work and willing to take on new tasks as required. Be available ASAP.
