German Speaking Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will pro-actively find potential candidates matching our clients’ vacant positions; you will be using professional networking platforms and a range of research methods.
We don’t see recruitment as a sales business. We want to understand what drives individuals’ career decisions and companies’ hiring decisions.
Ideally, you will already have experience in office-based environments and will be IT literate, with emphasis on Microsoft Office. You will also need sound communication and writing skills in German and English; any further European languages are an advantage. You will be organized, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive results, being a self-motivated team player.
