F/T Junior Administrator or P/T Administrator – MANOR ROYAL
Creative™ is a young, steadily growing finance brokerage working out of our new, modern and spacious office based on the Manor Royal Business Community in Crawley, serving mainland UK. We have an opening for conscientious and ambitious junior administrator or part time administrator to join our company. This role will be a vital support to our existing team, working in a fast moving, busy environment and will report directly to our Operations Manager.
Full training will be provided, with a view to endowing the successful candidate with the necessary skills to maintain the administrative process and deal with inbound and outbound enquiries in an affable and helpful manner, working alongside the existing administrative team.
This position would most suit an enthusiastic person with strong work ethic who is looking to work within a busy office environment. The successful applicant will be hardworking, dedicated and a team player. Attention to detail will be vital. Excellent communication skills are essential as part of your role will be to liaise with our funder panel, field based Account Managers and customers.
We are looking for someone who is going to thrive in our fast paced environment and help support our busy administrative department which provide essential support to all members of staff. Due to the heavily regulated nature of the business space we operate in, the successful candidate will be expected to show a keen sense of responsibility and be able to work within the limits of the policies and procedures developed by the company. We work in a strictly ethical manner.
The office environment can be very busy and evolve dynamically during the day, so a sense of humour and an indomitable attitude will be an advantage. Base working hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. The remuneration for this position will be dependant on experience between - £12,500 - £15,500, with 28 days holiday entitlement (inc. bank holidays).

- Good IT and communication skills essential – use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient and confident telephone manner is essential
- A helpful attitude, providing support to other areas of the company during busier times.
