Chichester College merged with Central Sussex College on the 1st of August 2017. Chichester College Group formed to include Chichester College, Brinsbury College, Crawley College and Horsham Training Centre and a number of commercial businesses.
Chichester College Group is now looking to invest in teaching, learning and assessment at Crawley College and is looking to recruit four exceptional Heads of Learning. You will lead a curriculum cluster and drive up the quality of learning, teaching, assessment and the student experience.
You will place students at the heart of everything you do and have extensive experience of creating a curriculum to meet the needs of the local community and meet student demand.
We are looking for candidates who can grow the student numbers across study programmes, apprenticeships and adult provision, someone who can inspire and motivate the staff to give their best every day to ensure that our customers get outstanding teaching and learning every day.
Curriculum clusters will be matched to the successful applicants’ subject knowledge where possible.
