About you

You will be driven, passionate and smart and although no previous recruitment experience is necessary, you will ideally have outbound telephone sales experience and some experience within a recruitment, sales or other target driven environment.

Progression

Full training for the role will be provided and the role holder will work closely with an experienced billing consultant, developing their skills in sourcing and headhunting. There are opportunities to progress within delivery or into business development.

Job description:

Job qualification and recruitment strategy – listening to all job qualification and follow up client calls, and confirming and checking understanding of the role and recruitment plan with the consultant

Pre-selection checks – preparing documents to enable a pre-selection check with the consultant and preparing relevant documents for the operations team

CRM Maintenance – ensuring job registration on the CRM is complete and that all information is accurate at every stage of the recruitment process, recording and tracking all sourcing activity. Adding to and refreshing the candidate population
Sourcing candidates – using a variety of means and research techniques including:

  • CRM Database
  • Targeting companies and headhunting candidates
  • LinkedIn and Social Media
  • Job boards
  • Generating recommendations and referrals

Delivering candidates – generating candidate CVs (new or updated) from the sourcing activity and delivering the candidate list to the consultant by an agreed date

Qualifying candidates as required

Market knowledge – developing a good understanding of and keeping up to date with the market
